The word “partner” in relation to Adams & Remers LLP means a member of Adams & Remers LLP, or an employee or consultant with equivalent standing and qualifications. A list of the members of Adams & Remers LLP and of the non-members who are designated as partners, and of their professional qualifications, is open to inspection at our registered office.

Any reference throughout this website to “Adams & Remers”, “firm”, “we”, “our” and any other collective noun describing our practice means Adams & Remers LLP.

Adams & Remers LLP is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and maintains professional indemnity insurance cover in accordance with the Solicitors’ Indemnity Insurance Rules. Investment transactions and insurance mediation services

Adams & Remers LLP is not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 ("FSMA") but is able in certain circumstances to offer a limited range of investment services to clients because we are members of the Law Society. These investment services can be provided if they are an incidental part of the professional service we have been engaged to provide.

Adams & Remers LLP is not authorised by the Financial Services Authority. However, as members of the Law Society we are included on the register maintained by the Financial Services Authority so that we can carry on insurance mediation activity, which is broadly the advising on, selling and administration of insurance contracts. The register can be accessed via the Financial Services Authority website.

Arrangements for complaints or redress if something goes wrong, are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
