All pages on this site comply with the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative's priority 1 guidelines from the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 1.0. The site also complies with most of the priority 2 and 3 guidelines.

All pages are valid HTML (XHTML 1.0 Strict) and use structural markup, such as headers which your browser may be able to use to help you move around within a page.

Keyboard shortcuts

The site includes keyboard shortcuts (access keys) for jumping to useful pages and to places in the page you are reading. The keys listed below work on all pages. The way you can use these shortcuts varies; on Windows you usually have to hold down the Alt key and while pressing the key below, and on Macintosh browsers hold down the Control key.

JavaScript

This site does not require JavaScript: all the functionality of the site will work, and all links can be followed, if JavaScript is turned off or not supported in your browser. JavaScript is used to provide some enhancements for visitors whose browsers support it but it may occasionally interfere with the accessibility features of web browsers. If you have difficulty using the site it may help if you turn JavaScript off.
