Adams & Remers starts the new year with four new professional appointments

Nichola Marven
has joined the expanding Company Commercial team as Assistant Solicitor. She specialises in corporate sales and acquisitions, management buy-outs, private equity, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, commercial law, distribution/agency/franchise agreements, website terms and conditions and intellectual property. Prior to joining Adams & Remers Nichola was with Dunham Solicitors, Milton Keynes.
Cathy Hoar
has joined the growing Employment team as Assistant Solicitor. She will be advising clients on all facets of employment law including; employment documentation, general HR issues, executive terminations and employment tribunal claims. Cathy qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 and was previously with Synergy Employment Law, London.
Fiona Kenny
has joined the Private Client team as Assistant Solicitor. Her specialisms include Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and advising on Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning. Prior to joining Adams & Remers Fiona was with Dutton Gregory Solicitors, Winchester.
Katie Marie Stone
has joined the Company Commercial team as a Paralegal.
