Simon joined Adams & Remers in 2006 and is experienced in probate and administration of estates; advising on inheritance tax and estate planning; preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney; Court of Protection work including registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney, appointment of deputies and administration of finances for/on behalf of deputies.

Simon advises elderly clients and is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly. He is also a student member of STEP.
