Adams & Remers Solicitors announces the promotion of Samantha Davis to Partner and Head of its Employment Department.

Samantha joined Adams & Remers in 2005 from city firm, DLA Piper. She has wide experience of contentious and non-contentious employment law work and specialises in defending discrimination claims, executive terminations and advising on TUPE transfers.

Samantha comments “this is an exciting year for the Employment Department. We are planning a number of initiatives that are designed to help keep our clients updated on employment law and provide them with the resources that they need to deal with day-to-day employment issues, together with additional support as required to manage particular matters that arise. We are being much more inventive about the ways in which we can provide our services, and charge for them, to cater for the wide variety of needs of our business clients. The number of employment specialists at the firm has increased significantly in the last year and we are now well-placed to meet the demands of our rapidly increasing client base.”
