Geoffrey has a specialist interest in Leasehold Enfranchisement and Commonhold and represents both Landlords and Tenants in these areas. Geoffrey has advised HM Government and been part of working groups in these areas and is a member of A&R’s specialist Leasehold Enfranchisement Group.
