Extensive experience of advising and dealing with all aspects of commercial property work including high value acquisitions and sales and Landlord and Tenant matters (both contentious and non-contentious). Geoffrey has a specialist interest in Leasehold Enfranchisement and Commonhold and represents both Landlords and Tenants in these areas. Geoffrey has advised HM Government and been part of working groups in these areas and is a member of A&R’s specialist Leasehold Enfranchisement Group.

Dealing with collective enfranchisements and Lease extensions of long leasehold property; management of commercial property including the negotiation of new Leases and related issues arising out of 1954 Act tenancy renewals; the sales and purchases of commercial properties including secured lending work for both private individuals, charities and commercial organisations.
