John joined Adams & Remers in 1978 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and also a Licensed Conveyancer.

John specialises in all aspects of property law including property development agreements, planning agreements, leases of commercial and residential premises and advising on boundary and other neighbour disputes. He is also well versed in dealing with work for major Landowners, (including agricultural tenancies) and has experience in dealing with Common Land and Manorial rights including the sale of Lordships of the Manor.

John also deals with collective enfranchisement claims (acting for both landlords and tenants) and individual lease extension claims under the Leasehold Reform, Housing & Urban Development Act 1993 (as amended) as well as claims under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (as amended).
