John deals with all aspects of property law including landlord and tenant matters (both residential and commercial). John also deals with complex property development agreements involving multi-million pound housing and commercial property developments. Additionally, John advises upon, and deals with matters involving collective enfranchisement and an individual’s right to a lease extension under the relevant legislation, as well as other enfranchisement procedures. John has more than 35 years experience in private practice in the legal profession spending nine of those years working for a leading City firm of solicitors and the remainder with our Firm.
