Patent Office name change

Today the Patent Office became the UK Intellectual Property Office (UK-IPO), as recommended in the Gowers Review of Intellectual Property. The purpose of the change is to reflect better the breadth of the office's functions and avoid confusion, as it handles trade marks, design rights and copyright as well as patents.
