Darren joined Adams & Remers in 2008 having practiced exclusively in insolvency since 2001. He specialises in acting for Insolvency Practitioners, individuals, companies and directors in matters such as: Claw back claims on behalf of Liquidators and Trustees in Bankruptcy, issuing and defending Statutory Demands, Bankruptcy Petitions, Bankruptcy Annulments, Winding up Petitions, Company Directors Disqualification, Retention of Title Claims, Administration Appointments and issues concerning the validity of Appointment for office holder.

Darren is a full member of the Insolvency Lawyers Association and a full member of R3 the Association of Business Recovery Professionals. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1997, LL.B (Hons), LLM Master of Laws and MABRP.
