Stephanie is an Associate in the corporate team and advises on a range of both private and public corporate transactions. Her practice area covers mainstream corporate work including public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, AIM and PLUS admissions, IPOs and joint ventures. She also has particular experience in setting up and advising on investment fund structures.

Stephanie joined the London office of Adams & Remers in September 2010.

Transactions on which Stephanie has advised include:

• Acting for Caddick Developments Limited on its participation in £650 million property development and construction joint venture with Land Securities plc and its two subsequent refinancing rounds with RBS plc and Lloyds TSB plc.

• Acting for AIM-quoted Virotec plc on its £38 million acquisition by Hydrodec plc structured as a scheme of arrangement.

• Acting on a transaction to advise Numis Securities, as nomad and broker to AIM-quoted private equity investment company EPE Special Opportunities plc, on its acquisition of a majority interest in the portfolio of private equity investments held by The Equity Partnership Investment Company Plc, in £22 million reverse takeover.

• Acting for Eureka Mining plc on its £33 million acquisition by Celtic Resources plc structured as a scheme of arrangement.

• Advising upon the establishment of a real estate investment fund with an initial target fund raising of £10 million, including advising on the regulatory and compliance aspects of both the promotion and operation of the Fund.
