Since joining Adams & Remers in January 2008, Katie has assisted the Company & Commercial team on numerous share and asset deals. She assists in compiling and reviewing due diligence, preparing completion board minutes, drafting Companies House forms and creating transaction bibles. Katie also conducts legal research, deals with company formations and all company secretarial and legal compliance matters. She also offers general commercial support to the Insolvency team, including issuing winding up and bankruptcy petitions, as well as other court documentation.
