Marcel’s main specialism is in the care home sector. Over the last 15 years he has advised both large multi-site operators and smaller one home operators in respect of their acquisition, sales and re-financing. He is familiar with the regulatory requirements facing care home operators.

Marcel has advised on commercial property transactions for in excess of 25 years and also has extensive experience in dealing with all types of leasehold and freehold commercial property including hotels, offices, retail, industrial, charitable and leisure. Clients have included large property clients with nationwide property holdings requiring options, pre-emption agreements, conditional contracts and overage agreements as well as smaller local clients requiring assistance with one off transactions.

Marcel was educated in France then at Sunbury Grammar School. He also gained a Law Degree at Hull University.
