Experience:
Simon joined the Dispute Resolution Team in 2004. Following his call to the Bar he practised as a barrister for 11 years from Lamb Chambers in London where he gained considerable experience as an advocate, advising and acting for clients in a broad range of civil litigation, and appearing before most Courts and Tribunals. Over time he specialised in property, commercial, and employment matters.

Simon now specialises in all forms of property litigation including: residential landlord & tenant and business lease renewals; service charge, dilapidations and disrepair claims; disputes in respect of the sale and purchase of property; boundary and title disputes; adverse possession claims; leasehold enfranchisement; planning and construction disputes; mortgage repossessions and bank guarantee claims; property-related insolvency.
He also advises in contentious employment matters including wrongful and unfair dismissal, and sex and race discrimination.
Simon continues to enjoy higher rights of audience, which allows him to appear on behalf of clients in all Courts and Tribunals in England and Wales.
