Simon joined Adams & Remers in June 2003 and specialises in commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes; contract disputes; personal injury; enforcement of County Court and High Court judgments; company restoration; challenging NHS PCTs decisions relating to funding of nursing care; consumer disputes.

Simon gained broad experience in civil litigation by representing West Sussex County Council in County Court debt claims and assisting with the eviction of trespassers on Council owned land. During his time at Adams & Remers Simon qualified as a legal executive and then as a solicitor.
