Deborah joined Adams & Remers in 2005 having trained with a London West End media firm and qualifying into their Litigation Department in 2001.

Deborah has a wide range of experience dealing with many different commercial disputes (including obtaining/defending injunctions, litigation and mediation). She also has expertise in Trusts and Probate Litigation as well as professional negligence claims against solicitors (and other professionals) arising out of estate planning advice (e.g. the drafting of wills), the administration of estates and related matters.

Deborah is a registered member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), London Solicitors Litigation Association, and a member of The Professional Negligence Lawyers Association (PNLA).

Deborah heads up the Adams & Remers Contentious Trusts and Probate Team and she divides her time between our London and Lewes offices.
