Experience:
Samantha joined Adams & Remers in 2005. Prior to that she worked for four years in a top ten London firm, where she gained considerable experience of a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment work.
Summary of specialisms:
Samantha advises on all aspects of the employment relationship, including:
- Advising on appointments and terminations, employment contracts, staff handbooks and workplace policies
- Advising on day-to-day aspects of the employment relationship (incl. sick leave and pay, parental rights, Working Time Regulations, health and safety, disciplinaries and grievances)
- Acting for claimants and defendants in employment tribunal claims
- Advising on transfers of employment arising from business sales
Samantha also regularly speaks at conferences and client seminars.
