David runs our Firm’s Residential Conveyancing Department. His expertise has been gained through nearly 30 years experience in dealing with residential conveyancing matters. David’s caseload comprises all aspects of residential conveyancing including the sale and purchase of all types of residential property: acting for owner-occupiers, buy-to-let investors, first-time buyers through to seasoned property investors. In addition to advising on all residential conveyancing matters, David also deals with re-mortgage work, equity release schemes and leasehold extension matters.
