Yasmin joined Adams & Remers as partner in 2011, bringing with her twenty years of residential private property and mixed use development experience, and previously was a partner with two other leading law firms. She regularly contributes to the property pages of national and regional news papers, magazines and radio shows.

Yasmin’s focus is on the Prime London Market, acting for an international client base. Her clients include TV personalities, sports people, city financiers and some of the largest international companies investing in the highest end of the London market. She is well versed on all legal aspects; including acquisitions, disposals, security, leasing, lease extensions, freehold enfranchisements, re-financing and licence for alterations. Importantly she can add value to her client’s experience by tapping into her valued expert consultant contact base; to co-ordinate the advice on sourcing the most sought after off market properties, choosing a tax efficient purchase vehicle, property refurbishment and design, obtaining licences for alterations and making planning applications.

In addition to acting for private individuals and other investors in private property, Yasmin has many years’ experience of acting for housebuilders and developers on mixed used development schemes. She has advised Barratt Homes, Explore Living, Urban Splash, Wesbury Homes, Berkely Homes North West. Her experience of advising on such developments; negotiating complex purchase agreements, profit share/participation agreement, overage clauses, and so on adds value to the expertise she can offer to her private clients in a competitive high end residential market, where additional knowledge delivers a clear advantage.

Yasmin understands the need to act swiftly, efficiently and intelligently on all Prime London property transactions to achieve the desired result for her clients. She is well accustomed to very tight exchange deadlines, including same day exchanges. Yasmin provides a very personal service dealing with all client transactions herself and extending her availability to clients, particularly those overseas dealing with time differences, 24/7.
