Francis Nation-Dixon - Partner in Private Client

Francis advises individuals and trustees with regard to all aspects of UK capital taxation, the creation of trusts, matters of trust law and trusteeship, and Wills - with a particular bias to landed estates. He is a contributor to Tolley’s “Administration of Trusts” and has lectured on trust law matters. He is a founder member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

nullFrancis qualified as a solicitor in 1983 and after 18 years with major London firms (Withers and Farrers), 10 of which as a partner, he joined Adams & Remers in 2001. He also speaks fluent German and French.
