As can be seen from all we have said on this site, Adams & Remers do not sell on price. Because it takes a little more time to deliver our highly-personalised service, we are not the cheapest law firm in the area.

However, our experience is that our clients are happy to pay our charges because they are more than happy with the service we have provided. Ultimately, it is a question of value for money. What is more, our lower overheads mean that we can provide our services at a considerably lower price than most law firms in London and some of those in the South East.

In any event, you will not incur any liability to pay unless and until we are satisfied that you are happy with our estimate of charges.

Our hourly chargeout rates range from £65 to £250 (plus VAT). However, we are always happy to discuss alternative charging structures with you. We will carry out our work as efficiently as possible and always look for opportunities to let you do some of the work, if appropriate and if you require.

Generally, we will not charge for preliminary conversations about a new piece of work and often we don't charge our existing clients for quick pieces of advice on the telephone.

Many of our clients get us to invoice them monthly on longer-running cases.

Most importantly, we will - wherever appropriate - keep you fully informed about the level of our charges so that there are no surprises.
